Warranty Period

A 24-month warranty is provided on electrical devices, accessories, and components. For consumables such as liquids, the warranty depends on usage.

Return Procedure

In case of a defect or for a warranty request, please contact us first. This way we can best determine what to do. You can then request a return number from us. Within 48 hours, you will receive return instructions from us, including an 'RMA number'. Once the product has arrived, we will arrange a replacement or repaired product within 5 working days. If we need to return the product to the supplier or manufacturer, the turnaround time may be longer.
