Shipping and Delivery


At Neptune Store, we understand that you want your order delivered quickly.

If you order before 8:00 PM and everything is in stock, your order will be shipped the same day. Moreover, within the Netherlands and Belgium, you won't pay any shipping costs for orders starting from €50!

If your order is below that amount, the shipping costs depend on the size, weight, and total price of your order. This way, we ensure that you always pay a fair amount for shipping. We also ship (standard insured) to all other EU countries, where you can directly view the costs per country in your shopping cart.

Shipping with PostNL

We ship all packages with PostNL. You can choose to have your package delivered where and when it suits you. With PostNL, you have the option of home delivery within a time slot you choose, and you can select a deferred delivery date. You can also choose a different delivery address, a PostNL pickup point, or a parcel machine.

When you order from Neptune Store, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is packed, you will get an email with the PostNL Track & Trace information so you can track your package. If you use the PostNL app, you will also receive a notification that a package is on its way to you.

Packaging and Environment

Each package is packed very securely to ensure that all products reach you in good condition. We use recycled flakes as filling material, and these, like our plastic air cushions, are 100% recyclable. This helps us save weight, thus also shipping costs, and we take the environment into account.

Real-time Stock Information

With our real-time stock information, you can immediately see if your product is in stock. If it's not available, we will provide you with an indication of the expected delivery time and/or advice for an alternative product. We do everything to ensure that you are satisfied. Because there is no better advertisement than a happy customer!
