The Neptune Systems COR-15 is a smart return pump that can be connected to your Apex system via a 1LINK port. This can be one of the 1LINK ports on your Energy Bar 632 or the standalone 1LINK module. The pump is by far the most important component of your aquarium. It circulates the water, which is essentially the lifeblood of a tank.
The COR-15 is a brushless, centrifugal water pump with variable speed. The COR-15 is specifically designed for aquariums to operate energy-efficiently, quietly, and very powerfully for its size. One COR-15 pump provides enough flow for aquariums up to 450 liters (1500 GPH/5700 LPH).
COR-20 Pump
The Neptune Systems COR-20 is a smart return pump that can be used standalone or connected to your Apex system. The pump is by far the most important component of your aquarium. It circulates the water, which is essentially the lifeblood of a tank. The COR-20 pump is compatible with all Apex systems via an AquaBus port.
The COR-20 is a brushless, centrifugal water pump with variable speed. The COR-15 is specifically designed for aquariums to operate energy-efficiently, quietly, and very powerfully for its size. One COR-20 pump provides enough flow for aquariums up to 680 liters (2000 GPH/7500 LPH).

.
This pump is really quiet, it's barely audible when running at full speed (To be precise, the flow sensor connected after the pump is louder than the pump itself). However, the pump is disapointing in terms of performance. We are FAR from the flow rate announced on Neptune website : https://www.neptunesystems.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/flow-graph.png I use this pump to lift the water from the sump to the display tank, in 32mm (diameter of the flow sensor used), for ~170cm. According to the flow sensor connected on the pump, it barely deliver 2400l/h making this pump insuffisant for my aquarium.

Actually I wasn't aware that the COR-15 requires a 1link connection
Actually I wasn't aware that the COR-15 requires a 1link connection not present on my Apex. So a have to buy an additional (expensive) 1link module. My mistake - I should have researched better. On the other hand, Neptune could maybe have highlighted this information better. So I haven't actually tested the pump yet.
