Met de Apex NG basisunit wordt het onderhoud van een aquarium eenvoudiger dan voorheen. De NG basisunit is het ideale bewakings- en controlesysteem voor uw aquarium. Met de NG basisunit voorkomt u rampen door belangrijke parameters in uw aquarium te bewaken.
De Apex NG basisunit neemt corrigerende maatregelen voor u en waarschuwt u via uw smartphone wanneer de zaken niet goed gaan. Bewaakt uw apparatuur - zorgt ervoor dat deze te allen tijde correct werkt - en laat u weten wanneer dit niet het geval is.
Met de Apex NG basisunit beheert de volledige werking van apparatuur (lampen, pompen, filters, ATO, enz.) op uw tank met eenvoudige installatiewizards en een gebruiksvriendelijke app.

Excellent product. Outstanding customer service
The unit itself has been working flawlessly since I got it. Setup is a breeze (seriously, anyone can setup and use an APEX system), programming is really simple and the fusion interface and app are great. Please bear in mind that for 3y I used a German competitor's product and the user experience with the APEX simply blows the other unit out of the water. However, the real star here is Neptunestore. I am completely amazed at their customer service. You would not get better service from your local store and I mean it. Will and Tim are knowledgeable reefers that are focused on your success more than selling products. My previous unit broke down on the 23rd of December 2020 (Christmas, COVID, etc...). I got on the phone with the team and in less than 24h I had a brand new unit shipped express to my house in Portugal!!! The fact that the precious unit broke down is a nuisance but these things can always happen. However, the way that the Neptune Store team dealt with it just gives me peace of mind knowing that when something happens, they will back me up. I just wish I had gone with Apex four years ago.

It just works and is trustworthy
I have been a Satisfied Neptune Apex (Classic) user for over five years and only upgraded because I want to run a DOS and Trident on my 110 Gal Reef (normally and prior to Covid, running Natural Sea Water). I was very pleased with the Classic unit and so far, the 2016 unit is performing well. A few glitches with the migration to the 2016 unit but this was mainly due to the fact that I have a fair number of Neptune modules and 4 Neptune Power Bars but a few hours of overdue tidying-up of my configuration and programming syntax soon fixed everything.
